Our promise
Patient rights & responsibilities
Every patient who walks through our doors is entitled to these — no exceptions, no fine print.
Your rights
- Respect and dignity — courteous care regardless of background, language or ability to pay, with privacy protected during examination and treatment.
- Information — a clear explanation of your condition, the proposed treatment, its risks and alternatives, in language you understand.
- Consent — no procedure without your informed consent, and the right to refuse treatment after understanding the consequences.
- Confidentiality — your medical information shared only with those involved in your care, or as required by law.
- Second opinion — the right to seek another medical opinion, with your records made available to you.
- Access to records — copies of your medical records and reports on request.
- Cost information — an explanation of expected costs before treatment, wherever the situation allows.
- Grievance — the right to complain and receive a genuine response, without it affecting your care.
Your responsibilities
- Share complete and honest information about your health, medications and history.
- Follow the agreed treatment plan, or tell your doctor if you cannot.
- Keep appointments, or inform us when you cannot make them.
- Treat staff, other patients and hospital property with respect.
- Settle agreed hospital charges promptly.
Raising a concern
If any of these rights are not honoured, tell us — at the front desk, or by phone at +91 70758 00414. Complaints reach hospital management directly.
